"Tell me, what is it you plan to do
with your one wild and precious life?"
-Mary Oliver
How would you answer that question for yourself right now? How would you like it to be? Maybe you're seeking specific change, like a new career path or more meaningful relationships. Or perhaps your transformation might be of a more subtle nature, such as an increased feeling of calm or contentedness or a greater sense of self-confidence. My name is Kindra Bernard, LCPC, and I offer a supportive, compassionate space where you can explore difficult thoughts and feelings, create room for growth and healing, and connect with the best of who you are. I practice an integral and non-pathologizing approach to psychotherapy, working with individuals to identify their healing potential from a holistic perspective. I believe therapy creates a safe, accepting atmosphere to explore our life. The quality of the therapeutic relationship is crucial: just as our wounding likely occurred in relationship, so healing occurs in relationship as well. I welcome the opportunity to be such a presence in your life. |
