Psychotherapy & Supportive Counseling

Utilizing a combination of holistic and integrative approaches, I frequently work with individuals navigating:

  • life transitions (both personal and professional)

  • high-functioning depression and/or anxiety

  • insecurity, self-doubt, or low self-esteem

  • stress and burnout

  • relationship, intimacy, and connection concerns

  • quarter- to mid-life reevaluations

  • grief and loss

Additionally, much of my practice is dedicated to supporting women seeking improved self-care, healthier boundaries, and improved work/life “balance.”
